Terms of Use
Effective 1 July 2026
The rules for using Floa.
Agreement
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Floa mobile application. By using Floa, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
About Floa
Floa is a class planning and organisation tool designed for Pilates instructors and other adult users. Floa helps users create, organise, run, export and manage class plans.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for ensuring that the information connected to your account is accurate and up to date.
You must not access another person's account or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of Floa.
Your Content
You remain responsible for the class plans, notes, exercises and other content you create, import or store in Floa.
You confirm that you have the right to enter and use any content you add to Floa, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any other person.
User Responsibility
Floa does not replace your professional judgement, training, experience or duty of care. You are responsible for deciding whether any class plan, exercise, cue, spring setting, progression or modification is appropriate for your clients and circumstances.
Health and Safety
Floa does not provide medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or individual health advice. Exercises may not be suitable for every person.
You are responsible for considering client experience, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions and physical capacity before teaching or recommending any exercise.
Subscriptions and Payments
If Floa offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Apple App Store and Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Free Plan and Feature Limits
Floa may change the features, storage limits or number of saved class plans available in the free version from time to time.
If free plan limits change, Floa will not intentionally delete existing user-created class plans solely because a user exceeds a revised limit. Users above a revised limit may be unable to create additional class plans until they delete existing plans or upgrade to Floa Pro.
Exporting and Importing Data
Floa may allow you to export or import class plan data. You are responsible for storing exported files securely and checking imported content before using it.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Floa, attempt to access data that is not yours, upload harmful code, reverse engineer the app, disrupt the service or use Floa for unlawful purposes.
App Availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of Floa from time to time. We do not guarantee that Floa will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Floa is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for loss arising from your use of Floa, your reliance on class plans or exercise content, or your failure to use professional judgement when teaching.
Account Deletion
You may delete your Floa account from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes your Floa account and associated user data from Floa's systems, except where information must be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be made available in the app with a revised effective date.
